Fucking internet

Well this is shit i should be getting 5mb internet because of my package with tiscali and my phone line but im only getting 324kbps >.>
When i upgraded it was fast at first then all of a sudden it got slow. Ive phoned tiscali loads of times but all i get is a fucking indian saying sorry sir der ez nothen we can do. So does anyone know any way apart from switching isp, to speed it up. I know there was a patch out that stopped windows stealing 20% of its speed or something limiting it to 10 packets. Anyway can someone please help.

Suppose make you're computer alot faster(Internet wise too.), however im not sure if its able to be trusted or not.

Meh i found out what it is. if you dont use a tiscli moden/router they put a cap on your internet speed.

You should've mentioned that earlier, the Tcp Optimizer is useless as vista ignores it.
