One more question how does the Cafe program work? Do I just dled it then press it and it will give me a steam username and pass?

Once ur HWID is added t ot the system you will download the file called "IronFist.exe, run it and will automaticly log you into a Cafe account.

On the payment page it says the price is recurring does that mean as soon as the month goes my paypal will be charge straight away?

Ignore recurring that is if there was a lifetime cafe which there is not. You only give 1 payment but if you reformat ext and you get a new hwid you need to pay $10 to get it added again.
