You have to give them your hardware id first. Seems like you already did. You have to wait until your hardware id post is deleted. When it is deleted, it means that you can use your hack now because they verified it.

Red Edition is public hack, the VIP Hack your using is Project-7 Private v 5.9.4, its just newer.
