Fps problem

Okay, so. I have a decent computer. I got yesterday 250 fps with it in stress test. But now, i only get 60 fps everywhere. In my own server and public. Its always 60 fps, no more and no less. My max_fps is 600. I have deleted cstrike folder couple of times, didnt help.

Your max FPS in a stress test is not the same as your max FPS in game. It differs.

so, i got q6600, 8800gts, a good gigabyte motherboard, and 4gigs of ram an i got fucking 60fps ? lawll

vsync = vertical synchronization

blocks updating the frame changes of video cards while the screen is build up

and i have 70-80 fps what can i do to get more?

Try to turn aimtype 1 from your .cfg file
