Help with vista hacks

whenever I run any hack, it just doesnt do anything. What do I have to do with vista to get some hacks working, and what hacks should I use?

Right click, run as administrator, and disable UAC. (user account control).

Please use google to find out how to disable it.

run it in windows service pack 2 and administrator
by going in the exe's properties/compatibility
