[Left4Dead] How to spawn objects?

I saw people on a dedicated server and they be spawning mad trucks and barricades etc. I was wondering is anyone here know the command? Sv_cheats are at 0 so it isnt on at the server

Now that Apollo told me how to spawn objects, now i need to know how to spawn Weapons. E.G.- Red Gas Can, Propane Tank

for example, heres one command to spawn a wooden fence.
"prop_dynamic_create props_fortifications/fencesmash.mdl"

no, only Mod servers

if u need the ip to those servers, let me kno. But I only know one steam community but they host more than 8 dedicated servers, all the same.

THey all have unlimited ammo, ALOT OF HORDES to match up the ammo part,no gravity
