Are there any additional fees for using these other services?

Great, PayPal blocks users for random reasons, which causes them unable to pay.
This will be a way to get some new subscribers.

Also, as Wellard says, fees? I hope not.

PaySafeCard:

Are there any additional costs or charges when I make purchases using my paysafecard?

For the first 12 months, paysafecard does not charge you an administrative fee.
12 months after you have used your paysafecard for the first time, and no later than 24 months after the production date, you will be charged an administrative fee of ₤2 per month, which will be deducted from your credit. The production date is printed on your paysafecard and in the credit overview (http://www.paysafecard.com/uk/view-credit/).
