I actually did this by accident like 3-4 days ago, and didn't realize till I seen a red silencer on my gun, which my rank could not equip. So a few days later I was wasted and did it again but due to my enhanc3d ESP from the meth, I was able to playback my real life video and see what I did.

1. buy lowest rank of item type (clip, scope ect.) Now once it asks if you want to attach, hit enter(will chose yet)
2. now click mouse fast on other item. Here is a screenshot to show what I meant.

So... it wasn't patched. Just wait until you it asks if you want to attach, put mouse over ok, now scroll it over to the locked weapon, and hit enter while tapping mouse on the locked weapon. Sometimes it will buy a different locked piece but oh well.

I still haven't had my account banned/reset it's been 4 days or so lol.
