Remember! Keep backup of GTA_SA.EXE Before Messing with the Hacks!
First of all click on a h@ck , like cashhax.exe open it, and then find gta_sa.exe
normally it's on C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\GTA_SA.EXE
Click on patch file, and then if you want to Undo this things Click Undo =]
Tested on mutliplayer (GTA SA-MP)
