Umm one question, When I vid, i get like 20gig files for about 2 min of screenplay, i have a 22inch monitor and 8600gt . How can I lower the size of my fraps files?

Run CSS in a window, at 1024x768, record with Fraps using the Half Size setting. You'll get a video that is half the size of the res you're running, but still of good quality. S'what I do anyway. Usually get 4 mins = 5-7 gigs.
